Can I change a order I've just placed ?If you notice an error on an order that you have just placed, please inform us within 3 business hours through email on greenstark.consumers@gmail.com. In case you have identified a spelling mistake in personalization after submitting the order, there is a slim possibility that the item has not been immediately sent for printing. It's important to note that we are unable to make any changes to orders already placed. However, we can cancel the order for you (provided it is still in production) so that you can place the order again. Please bear in mind that cancelling or editing your order may result in a delay. Kindly include your order number when contacting us. Please note that our print runs are automated and regular, so we may not always be able to stop an order from going into production. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, we can make changes to this before it ships. We encourage customers to review all details of their order thoroughly before placing it. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any mistakes made by customers during the printing and production of their personalized items.

Can I cancel my order ?Before an item ships out from our printers or warehouse locations, we will make every effort to accommodate any last-minute modifications or cancellations. For personalized items ordered through our website, we print them on demand. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products that have been received as ordered, without any significant defects.

How to track my order ?Once your order has been printed and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes an estimated delivery date. If you believe your package should have arrived by now and you haven't received it, please contact us at greenstark.consumers@gmail.com for further assistance.

What do I do if my order is faulty or damaged ?If you receive your order and notice any damages or faults, please contact us at greenstark.consumers@gmail.com with an attached image of the issue, and we will do our best to resolve it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation.

Is your paper recycled and certified ?Yes, all types of paper that we use are accredited by the forest stewardship council (fsc). This certification guarantees that our paper is made entirely of recycled materials.

What is 100% recycled paper and how is it made ?Recycled paper is made from paper that has been recovered and diverted from the solid waste collection stream. It is then collected, separated, cleaned and recycled for use. These attributes make recycled paper one of the best environmentally friendly products available in the market today. All our Journals, Planners and Notebooks are made from 100% recycled paper.
